You would need to provide changing room with locker facility for our onsite staff.

• Payment shall abide by all statutory regulations including minimum wages, ESIC, bonus, etc.
• Prices would be revised in tune with statutory variations like revision in minimum wages, inflation and applicable taxes etc.
• Minimum contract duration of one year. And if the performance is satisfactory it would be extended as per rules and regulations.
• In case of change in the scope of work, we will have right to approach to your organization for additional resources or price restructuring which will be mutually discussed and agreed upon.
• Alert Care & Construction Services Pvt. Ltd will raise invoice for 1 st of each month to the services rendered during preceding month, and on other side JSW shall make payment within -- -- -- -- -- - days from the date of receipt of invoice.
• Rates quoted are exclusive of all taxes. All applicable taxes such as GST will be extra.
• Dearness allowance & basic wages to pay as per govt. notification existing dearness allowance is valid for six months. Kindly note that basic/ D.A structure changes every six months, which you as a principal employer need to pay us as per the govt. notification.
